Emergency notices are rare, unforeseen changes that need to be made to appropriately inform the public about an unexpected event or issue. Emergency notices must first be approved by Eric Knuckles, Section Chief of Web Services. Requests received outside normal hours will be addressed the next business day.
A website redesign is any job request impacting an existing agency website including substantial changes to the site navigation, change in URL or website placement, changes to graphics, renaming or creating new navigation sections, etc. By selecting this option, customers will be contacted by Diane Dulaney, Section Chief, to arrange a meeting in order to discuss necessary requirements.
A new website is any job requiring the creation a new space on the public website that includes its own graphics, navigation and cannot (due to business needs) be included in an already existing website.
